It was spurious; a mock. The figure in the mirror- Oh how clever it thought it was. It looked like me and moved in simulation with every twitch of the finger or wave of the hand. But, even though the lights were on in my bathroom, no luminance graced the inky darkness surrounding the figure in the mirror. And that smile- that grueling smile. It stretched like slits in its cheeks. And I knew I wasn't grinning. I was to disturbed to have such a twisted grin dancing across my lips.
Its hand moved dependent of my own for the first time, and slammed against the mirror. Small, thread crack-lines extended from the palm and small, jagged pieces of glass stuck into its hand. Pain shot through my arm as cuts formed across my palm as well. The thing's finger jerked as it wrote on the glass, "Don't leave." Its jagged smirk seemed to grow even more contorted as it began to slam its palms against the glass more. Hit, after hit, after hit! The cracks grew like branches as glass fell like leaves from them. Soon, the mirror exploded outwards and I had to close my eyes, or risk being blinded. When the last of the sound of falling glass had died, I ventured to open my eyes once more. But the copy of me was different. No longer did darkness lick his back. Instead, I could see the warmly lite bathroom with walls of teal blue. My bathroom. The one I had been standing in. Except, now I was surrounded by the black void.
It was on the outside. And I was the figure in the mirror.

A new message was scribbled in blood inside the mirror.

"Stay forever."
My first creepypasta. I made it awhile ago, but finally decided to upload it here. This one is short, and probably not the best, but I hope you enjoy.
